Pros:
+YMCA membership
+Work 12 hours a month
+Free pizza and Capri-Sun
+Get to swim in pool

Cons
-Bunch of annoying little kids
-No pay
-Work 12 hours a month
-If I don't work 12 a month i lose membership
-Annoying little kids
-Liability
-More responsibility
